I am just wondering if my spydie's axis or backlock got loosen after some usage, will spyderco repair it for free? I think it's impossible for a normal user to repair a backlock knife like my stainless steel police.
Spyderco's warrenty and after sales service is second to none. Even if the damage falls outside the bounds of the warrenty their repair rates are very reasonable.
Each case is looked at seperately so I couldn't really say if your case would be included or not. I've used Spyderco's customer services and repair 3 times, one was a change at my request and I got charged a fair amount for it, the other two instance incurred no charge.
