Yeah - I've got the pictures of my Native III that I wanted to show here, but I'm having trouble on deciding which image hosting service to use. I know the big two are Imageshack and Photobucket, but I don't know which one would work best. I visited both websites and it seems that Imageshack has given me a few problems just because it's hard to find the "sign-up" page. My friend isn't a huge Photobucket fan though because, as he puts it, "it's owned by the same company that owns Fox News." Either way, I'd like to know which would be a better choice so I can get these pictures up...
EDIT: I think I found why ImageShack wasn't working. I went to imageshack.com, when I gather that the "correct" website is imageshack.us. The first one was merely links to other hosting sites and a bunch of crap - er, uh advertisments...
I use photobucket, very easy to use.

I'm not within the city limits. I'm from the NW suburbs and I go to school in NW Indiana so I figured that "Chicago" encompasses all of those areas by merely using one word. I know some people get irritated when someone who doesn't actually live within the city limits says "Chicago," but to me it doesn't matter. The whole region is collectively "Chicago-land" and I do frequently go downtown, so it's not like I have no familiarity with the area. Culturally speaking, the area is one big thing so I don't see why identifying with the city itself should be a problem.

I've only used Imageshack. I don't know how it compares, but it can be a bit frustrating. For example:
Early in am, like 6am PST, it is nearly impossible to access or upload a new picture. Too many people using it at that time I suppose.
The picture pages seem to load slower now.
Sometimes, pictures will "go missing" for no reason at all...no not offensive pics either, just normal knife or scenery pics.
Some imageshack frustrations.

I just used imageshack to upload my pics. I suppose I'll eventually get accounts later, but this "no-account upload" thing is kind of nice for a short-notice task like this. I think 6 AM PST is like...8 AM CST here, which is odd. Hard to imagine that loads of people are up trying to upload images at 8 in the morning. Either way, check out my pics and see if you can answer my questions!

Is there a disadvantage posting pics simply by uploading from this site?

My Dear Friend,
Is there a disadvantage posting pics simply by uploading from this site?
Size limitations - I believe the largest file size the forums will allow for upload is about 100KB.
