A few questions from a first timer:

1) What is the "collectors club" I've seen mentioned here?

2) Does either the G-10 Civilian or the G-10 Police have double stainless liners?

3) Does anyone know who could "checker" a stainless steel Police model?

Thanks in advance for any replies, you've got a great forum. Back to work--Pachucks

Forgot Something:
--Are all the new Spydercos going to have the "indent" in the lock?
--Where do you find the info. on the upcoming fixed-blades, a neck knife and a larger model, right?
Thanks again--Pachucks

Welcome Pachucko to the Spydercdo forum! I'll try awnser the questions as best I can for you.

1) The collector club is "club" you can enter into in order to acquire the collectors "edition" of our knives. You are issued your own number which is then engraved on the new blades, or their variations. You always keep the same #, so you acquire a spyderco "set" over a period of time. Doing this can create a collection worth quite a bit of value.

2) Neither the G-10 police or civilian have the SS liners on both sides of the scales.

3) There are a couple different places to do it, but I don't know of any in your local area. Check with the other forumites or on Bladeforums is the best I can suggest.

4)Most of the newer knives, or the variations of the old models will include the boye dent.

5) For info on newer product, one of the best places is this forum. A lot of people on this forum can help you out with questions or opinions on the newer knives. Some people even pack pictures and experiences with the new knives. Just ask around

Hope this helps ya out at least a little bit. And once again welcome to the forum.
