Spauldite

What is exactly G10 -is the same thing that spauldite?-what is the percentage of glass in G10? and where can i buy this to make my own handles!Is it true that the G10 is harmful when sandedheated?

G10 is e-glass, it is much like highly compacted kevlar. Whenever you work with it make sure to use a respirator. It is supposedly strong enough to stop a small bullet. Koval Knives sells it in various sizes and thicknesses. You can also get it in a few different colors.
