Six years ago today--9-11. Take a few minutes just to remember all those who lost their lives, dreams that will not be fullfilled. Doesn't matter about how you feel about the politics or the religion angle of it. Just remember and hope and pray for better days ahead for all.

Yeah,
I thought as I was brushing my teeth this morning and as I kissed and hugged my wife and little girl (both still sleeping) that many people did this on that exact day, to never realize they would never come back.
God bless their families.

"Remember the Alamo"?
"Remember Pearl Harbor"?
How about "Remember 9-11"...
God bless them all, may they rest in peace.
I will not forget.

Prayers sent to those who lost their beloved family and dear friends on that horrifying day. I pray that this day will be a reminder to us as citizens of this wonderful country to at all costs preserve those great ideals upon which this country was built and for which we stand.
Never forget.
Ever...

After losing two friends in the towers on 9/11 there isn't a day that goes by that I don't remember. Last year was the first year I was able to bring myself to even go to ground zero. One of those friends I was very close with called me when the first plane hit the towers to tell me to tell his wife and kids (whom he wasn't able to reach)that he loved them, then told me he wouldn't make it out of the building...the transmission then went dead...I was the last one to ever hear his voice....It's something you can never forget...ever....A little piece of me died that day, I don't think I'll ever make it out of that building either. How can I help not to remember. Sorry...didn't mean to bum anyone out but 9/11 is an especially tough day for me as it probably always will be........Doc
Doc, I can't imagine your pain. Please accept my condolences.

i will never forget that day, the terrible feeling of loss, i was 7 months pregnant with our son. one of my best friends in high school had an office in the towers too. he didnt go in to work that day because "he didnt feel like it". i dont subscribe to that theology, but i guess sometimes its for a good reason. i hope i spell this right, but i carried a d allera, that day in honor of the police and firefighters and all others that lost their lives that day. my prayers go out to those people that lost anyone that day!
