It's in good shape, black micarta, elegant, very easy to carry, AUS-8, Hollow ground, Plain Edge, a real &quot;gentleperson's&quot; knife. I have been the only owner and, being that I am unemployed and that I don't use it much, I am selling it to get something else for myself this X-mas, so you would be putting your money in for a good cause. <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>
