Yes, it's for real. It was sold by Spyderco but under the Hotaru name because it doesn't have a "hole." I have one, it's a nice little keychain knife.

Yeah, they are real, but not real rare. Go onto the AG Russell website, he has them in black and yellow, on special for $9.95. That person bidding up $20 for it on Ebay is going to be sorrrry!
