what a great feeling, it's like i bought my first knife today, i have a para and i LOVE it, always wanted a Milli, but i never thought i would be so lucky to get a CPM D2 FG-10 Milli, man foliage green G-10, every mans dream:D, i have to say I'm vary happy with the ergonomics on this one, i have medium- sized hands and it's a big knife so i thought it would be too big, but it feels great in hand, this is one big knife, it's bigger than the crkt cruiser i have and it's huge, surely it would not be my EDC but maybe for camping, i bought it from a collector her in israel, it's good to see I'm not the only one.
here is a link to my gallery for the pics, hope to take it tomorrow to the woods and take some batter shots.

Congrats! I too was instantly smitten when I got my D2 Millie. It was my first really big folder too - call it a gatway large folder. Also, just like you, I didn't think that "huge" knife would see alot of pocket time. Nowadays, I usually have one of my Millies or my Chinook III on me at all times along with a smaller PE blade and a SE blade.
Enjoy your new :spyder: !

:spyder: :spyder:  :spyder: :spyder: Congrats Lerman; I have not yet got one yet. I don't have alot of experience with d2 steel either...I know it is known to rust after contact with skin oil, moisture, etc. The one thing I like about it is that it is a hard use blade steel!
Be safe...John

A funny thing happens when you start carrying a Military. All knives begin to shrink. Pretty soon, the Millie is a normal size knife, and everything else is just tiny :D
