The kid said 'let me help Dad', and after finding a Gerber Multi tool that needed work I let him at it. Short class on how to and he really did that knife some good, and had a smile on his face to boot.

The kid says "Hi" and he still talks about the day you glued his brothers little lacerations up.

I got to thinking that maybe Sal and Co. should make him the Sharpmaker poster child. With a tag line that goes something like "Sharpmaker: simple enough for a child; sophisticated enough to sharpen everything".

He wanted to sharpen his Robin, but I don't think he could better the factory edge that is still on that knife.
