Hi everyone and a merry christmas.

I just tought I should write some encoruaging words for all of you who havent had the oppertunity to train with mr. frank yet...

Cause i have, and I probably learned more about pain on that one course than I have trou my seven years in the security/doorman industry.

So here is a little hint to all of you: Sign up for a course, and when u're there... voulentere ;-)

And hi to you Mr. Frank, I dont know if you remember me. I was atending the UK Seminar 2001 (the lefthanded Norwegian Krav Maga guy).

I just want to say that it was a blast, and I hope I'll someday get the chance again.

I wish you all a happy new year :-)

And remember: SLICE & DICE...

Thanks guys..
I'm glad you enjoyed the seminar..
teaching is where its at..
As I said we were doing Professor Presas' Sinawali Concepts & Tapi Tapi drills from Mano De Tranka...
yes pain is wonderful as a teaching tool..Professor Presas used to say "feeling is believing..I will inject this now..this is hurt.."
and sure enough it hurt..
I'm sorry that I didn't gt into cutting @ all but as you can see right now the DRONE-CRMIPT as an impact tool is wonderful..
Its the same conceptual motions EXCEPT we don't check or grab the blade -tool as one might do with other impact tools..
bad habit checking or grabbing the tool..it leads to no fingers..
happy new year to you all..
