Just curious how much it costs to get into the show. Also, will you guys be selling anything at the show(Hats, shirts, coffee mugs, etc...)?
Hi Cjones. I don't know the admission fee. They probably have a website. (New York Custom Knife Show).
We'll be selling most models. Hats, shirts & mugs are likely.

I'll see if I can find a website. I've already looked, but maybe the info will be up by now. Thanks Sal. I hope to make it. I'll get a chance to meet all the other Spyderco-crazy people.

Here's the URL for the show's Web site: http://www.depass1.com/nycustomknifeshow/. They don't list the admission fee but, IIRC, it was something like $10/day, $25/all three days.
Cheers,

The entry fee is normally $15, but if you have an invite postcard it will cost you $5 less. I have been going to this show for years and IMO the prices have gone overboard. And I thought movie tickets were bad!!!
Hi Remster. Welcome to the Spyderco forum.
In defense of Paul & Joe, it is very difficult and expensive to put on the New York Custom Knife Show. In most cases, the cost of admission will be small when compared to the cost of getting there and staying there for those travelling.
The Show has run consistantly for more than 20 years, despite adversity and being forced to change locations a number of times.
I for one, thank Paul & Joe for the effort. They both have regular jobs.

Hi Sal,
Even though I think the admission fees are a little steep, it won't stop me from going to an excellent show. I know how much hard work goes into putting a show of this magnitude together. I just hope that they don't go any higher.
