Dyin' Dyads

Received from the Knifecenter, my new C44 Dyad yesterday. An excellent dual bladed PE/SE knife. Comes with Micarta'd handles which aren't polished like the large Calypso, so feels a bit more grippy. Also features 'Boye' indents and has a nice weight to it. Very pleased with it and its a shame that this knife has now been discontinued.



Its wee brother, the C39 Mini Dyad Micarta is, as we read, wingin' its merry way across the pond from Bestknives.com...Aye!

Can't agree more dude! The large Dyad is a SWEET knife! <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle> Think I saw a junior with polished micarta handles sometime ago.. <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

I like my Dyad very much, it gives you the best of both worlds (P/E-S/E) when you can't decide on which blade type. I started a thread a while back that they need to make a larger Dyad. I feel it is an awesome knife, just needs to be a tad bigger.
