It's here!!!!

I finally have it in my grubby little paws. Just wanted everyone to know. lol

Now I don't want to carry my green one. They are both #27.

I also want to say "Thanks" to Patsy at www.beckscutlery.com for keeping an eye out for me.

I am jealous, but I am also happy for your good fortune.

Beckscutlery, huh? Hmmmm. I suppose I better go have a look at these guys. 'Bout time I had me one of those gems!

Have fun!

Blades,
Glad the snow finally receeded! I have the Greenie Lum and think it is cool, so I'm sure the GB model is sweet. Happy trails,

Way to go Blades . I like the gunmetal blue finish better than the green, what do you think? BTW I dropped my blue Chinese Folder on the concrete yesterday . Put a couple of tiny chips in the Almite along the edge of one scale. I could've cried, I'm usually much more careful with my knives. Ah well, like anything new, it's only the first scratch that hurts.

Someone has a brand new, never used Spyderco Story book on Ebay with an opening price of $41.00, you can buy it now for $43.99. I think that's the best price you are going to find for a new book. I got the book for Christmas and am really enjoying it. You might want to check it out.

Thanks guys, the book is also in my mind, but I will have to wait a while for the piggy bank to get fat again. Someone better take advantage of that eBay auction.

Cool bro! hope that you get some good use from it.
Beckscutlery eh? sounds intriguing.

"These aren't scratches, they're battlemarks!"

Brian,

Battlemarks, LOL! Good one, that's the way I view my SS Native, it's got a bunch of those, but they make it even prettier.

Clay, I hope the knife doesn't get mad at you and bite back!

Thanks everyone.
I don't know if I'll ever carry this one. Now that Clay has scared me with his "drop", I really doubt I'll even think about carrying it.
It is cool to look at the green and blue together, both number 27. Sooo sweet!! It wouldn't have happened without Patsy at Beck's Cutlery.
It was tough getting this one, especially since it was around Christmas. But I had birthday money, christmas money, money from a "Toad" I sold(which I relly wanted to keep), and my wife let me borrow some of her Christmas money also. Whew! Thats alot of work just typing it all. I almost went to the plasma center to make a few extra bucks. The Chinese Folder is a great design, and a well made folder. Bob Lum and Spyderco have outdone themselves.
If any one is still looking for a CF Ladybug, Patsy had one yesterday. The new FB Lum is very nice also. Enough rambling.
