What's your vote for best value Spydie?
for me it"s a close call between the native in cpm440v and the standard.
which one are you planning to buy?

I've just seen a Calypso Jr in VG10 for about 40 bucks at Knifecentre.com
Otherwise I'd like a Meercat and a Salsa.
But best bang for the buck....?
Maybe that Calypso Jr in VG10
The Cool,
I agree with you, the Calypso Jr. Lwt. was a very good deal! Excellent knife for the price most retailers offer it for (got mine for 46 bux). Too bad it's discontinued, too good my claws got a hold of one. Get one now!
Native Lwt. is also a close call, like KWAK mentioned. Been hearing a lot about the Navigator, so consider that one as well. It's not too pricy and it has just been "upgraded".
Anyone else have more suggestions? I'd love to hear them.

I think you may have persuaded me on the Calypso. I have a feeling you have nudged a few people to purchase on here. I hope you are on commission LOL.
BTW you probably heard a lot about the Navigator from me
The Cool,
The Calypso is well worth it, trust me.
So, you are the one who is getting all these Navigator ideas in my head... are you also on commission?

So I guess we can coin another phrase!...
"Kahz's syndrome"... the sudden urge to go buy a Calypso Jr. lwt.
And you finally admitted to being on the payroll! I knew it all along, you probably have connections in the bakery industry too

LOL! @ "Kahz's syndrome"
I wish I could by shares in Spyderco
Oh, no! My deep dark secret is out! Yikes!
Oh, and I stick to wheat bread, just in case you were wondering, LOL!
Well, I urge anyone who hasn't to buy the Calypso Jr. Lwt. It's my new love, until I receive treatment for my Clay's Syndrome. It seems that the Pink and the CF viruses (virii?) have receded, but new mutations are appearing every day. Do not update your antivirus, it will not work anyway.

I like the Endura and Delica. Both are good multi-purpose knives.

I think the Vesuvius could go in the "best buy" group.

Endura FRN. An overall tough, lightweight little knife. Large enough to do anything, small enough to forget you're carrying.
Keepin' it real...real sharp, that is.
My newest love and edc is the Meercat. It's inexpensive, an easy carry (anywhere including watch pockets), a substantial and useful blade, and... you gotta love that locking mechanism. It's fun to play with!

I'll go with those listing the Endura FRN and Calypso Jr. FRN .

I love the design...but, What IS a Meercat?
