-Now you ask, WHAT did I buy??

Well, let's just say I won't have to bother Kahz any more!

BTW Kahz, I almost have the "Evil Laugh" down perfectly.

I see you got bit by that dastardly chinese virus too. mwhahahaha. I am suffering severly from the C65 abd C36 strains. Although I wouldn't say I have been really "suffering" from it.

You got it right, Kahz!

The 'shimmer' IS breathtaking! This is the first carbon fiber Spydie I own, and it is a masterpiece. I am speechless..
I took it to class today, [ I couldn't help it! ] and showed it off to one of my professors. She really liked it.
I just love this knife! I believe that it is one of the best purchases I have made so far on a Spydie.

A gentleman from the Bladeform responded to my "wanted" post for the CF 'fly. He was asking $63 dollars for it, shipping included. I didn't hesitate long, let me tell you! It is in plain edge, but I'm glad I got it that way. It looks so serene. Its just SO sweet! I have set aside my Calypso Jr. and clipped this baby in my jeans as of today. I don't think I'll carry it as an EDC, but more of a 'church' kind of knife. Formal might be a better word, I guess.

Sal, you have once again concreted my resolve to continue my quest in expanding my growing family of Spydies! Thanks for a awesome knife.

Oops! I forgot to mention that 'left-handing' the CF is a no no. [ I did try! ] I will have to practice my "south paw" draw when my wounded middle man is up to snuff.

However, my RIGHT hand is in good working condition! I will just have to use that....

Wow! A CF Dragonfly? Congrats on a nice score! It is truly a gents knife with the "dressy" looks to go with it. I recently attended a "black tie" affair and felt very comfortable carrying my CF Dragonfly and CF Cricket underneath my cumberbund. It's a perfect match for those church/wedding/formal events where a jacket and tie are necessary.

Oh, and yes, Kahz, I DID have a Mouse in my front right pocket! I don't think I've stopped carrying it since I got it!

Anywho, great price on that CF 'Fly, SpyderNut. I'm glad to hear you've been converted to a Carbon Fiber believer! Enjoy.

Thank you all for the congrats!

I am indeed blessed to finally own one of these unique knives. It is my 'baby'. LOL!

Yes Lsaulog, I can now count myself in the group of CF 'Believers'! Ah, what a great conversion it was, too.

I couldn't agree with you more, Kahz, about expanding my CF family! I am going to be on the prowl for anything carbon fiber....

Well, Marauder, its a long story....
You see, I had a little 'accident' on Monday with a chop-saw, and it took a bite out of my middle finger on my left hand. So, I've been somewhat 'handicapped' these past few days. [ You know how hard it is to type with only 9 fingers? ]
My rehab will include the Spydie-Drop, just to make sure that my 'south paw' doesn't stiffen up.

Am I ever bummed by all this? Thought I had one on order and I just found out they sold out just days ago. Sigh. Anyway I did get a 204. Looks neat. Have to get time after work to play with it.

I know the feelin, Jaxon. Believe me....

Have you checked out Shoplite.com for a CF Dragonfly? I think they only carry it in SE, but it is still one beautiful knife. I believe that they are asking something like $75 to $85 bucks for it.

Good luck!

Hey Spydernut,
Thanks for the thought. That's the one I missed. Oh well. Guess I won't get Kahz evil laugh syndrome Lucky you anyway. Enjoy!

Jaxon,

What you may want to try now is posting a 'wanted post' for a CF over at the BladeForums. That is how I found my CF. You just set down what you are looking for, and pray that someone will answer your post.
I also got a Pink Cricket going through that forum. Great place to buy/trade knives.

**Incert Kahz's "evil laugh" here**

Good luck, bro!
