Thank you Tony (daHose) for the wonderful SS SE Police you sent to me. It couldn't be a more appropriate present for a fresh police officer like I am now :D
It arrived the day yesterday, just before I entered on duty, so it was right in time to make some fellows officers pretty jealous

There isn't much to tell about this particular knife without repeating what others already said. In my mind, when I say Spyderco there is the SS SE Police that comes in my mind. It is a big, wicked knife and it (greatly) improves your self confidence ;) It is wonderful. Not to mention that I always wanted such a toy, but with all those cool thigs Spyderco comes with, it was always on the second position on the "to buy" list... :o
And knowing that it comes from such a distinguished forumite and friend, it is even more appreciated.

Again, thank you Tony for this amazing gift. Boy, do I love this knife! :D

I have always wondered this question

My father spent 18 years in LE and carried one for a long time. My brother in Law is a new PO and carries a Police 3 and says he knows alot of guys who carry P3s and SS Police.
