I have seen reference on several knives for sale that the knife " was the Spyderco Forum knife of 2002, etc". Is this the forum the knives originate from or is there another forum that they are referring to?

I would possibly like to take advantage of this yearly offering if possible.

Well, it really isn't an annual offering, although there have been several. The last one was the Lava in 2006, which I was too broke to get in on at the time. There have also been a couple for the Spyderco sub-forum on Bladeforums.com, but again, nothing the last couple of years.

hopefully gonna be one on the USN subforum as well (looks like a toxic green frn handle, black blade waved Endura, possibly SE)

Spyderco Forum Knife is kind of interesting topic for me.
Unfortunately, I found Spyderco Forum little bit late to get them, except Lava, in time.
I was lucky to get Forum Adventura at reasonable price, all others were out of reach :(.
Time from time we have discussions with various propositions regarding Forum knife, but ............I was wondering what makes it happen? Older Forum knives were quite different from production models. 2005 & 2006 were production knives with laser etch "Forum knife".
May be senior members of this Forum can share their thoughts?
