Favorite carries for your EDC knives

The title explains the question, but I'll go into a little more detail: How do y'all carry the knife that you use most?



Currently, I carry both the knives I use most clipped inside my right front pocket. I only draw one at a time (two-blade MBC is beyond my abilities). Even then, it is hard to get past the knives and into the pocket itself for other things (I don't carry anything that has to be taken out quickly in that pocket besides the knives). Where and how do you carry your favorite EDC knife?

Daily Clip-its; I carry two Calypso JR CP52P which go in my front lower cargo pockets for easy access if the need arises for drawing my knifes while in the sitting position. My Ayoob and Police models are carried in my front pants pocket. When out and about in the wintertime I carry several blades in my jacket pockets. A Kershaw Onion graces an inside pocket of a vest.

If I need to get dressed up then its a Massad Ayoob front left pants pocket, Calypso CP52 Micarta in right front pocket. Both of these knifes are low profile and are the same color as my pants.

Liko, Funny you should ask about the pocket clip causing
the knife to be an obstruction in your pocket. I don't carry
clipped knife in my front pocket for that very reason.

I carry a 41/4&quot; Buck 307 stockman in my front pocket and clipped
knife in my left rear pocket (I'm left handed) next to my bandanna.
I don't give a damn about how other people carry a clipped knife I'm
not gonna skin my knuckles up again getting my coin purse out of my
pocket again.

How fast can I get the knife to hand (as if that should really matter)
lets say fast enough.

I carry my Native or any of my other spydies in my right front pocket to the rear.Never seems to get in the way of getting anything out of my pocket.I have three spydies that I carry the most in rotation.They are Native,Nativell and my Rookiell.

I carry our Vesuvius in the right front pocket, and our Native in the left front. I use the ring finger method for the left side Native, due to my right hand being messed up I can't perform that feat with my right, which actually works out pretty good. RKBA!

I carry my VG10 Endura clipped in my right front pocket...When I get my second smaller one the Endura will be rotated to my back right pocket and the smaller one will take the Endura's place in the front...

It depends on what I'm doing during the day, if I'm up doing alot of stuff, then I carry my Native frn in my right back pocket, if I'm sitting mostly during the day, it's in my right front pocket, but it or my Gerber International are always on hand.

I carry my SE Harpy(right front) and PE SpyderCard(left front) right now , that is gonna change with my next four purchases though <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

Next four purchase EDC changes:

<b>Left Front: </b> SE Lil' Temperance
<b>Right Cargo: </b> PE Starmate
<b>Left Cargo: </b> G-10 Harpy

Of course I have no idea on how long it is gonna take to get all of these due to the fact that these are some of the expensive ones, and to add on to the wait, no one hires at an age of 15.

Oh well, having to wait and the anticipation makes me appreciate the knife even more <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

diminuative C 29BK &quot;Cricket&quot; inside my
waistband ( concealed ? ); I will soon
supplant the &quot;Cricket&quot; with the Dyad Jr.,
while it has no clip, it fits the bill
for a &quot;common pocket knife&quot; in most
jurisdictions.

i guess im boring but i carry in my clipped on my right front pocket. almost always my orange rescue.
