Yep, it's a really great all-around knife and has come in very handy trimming and pruning foliage in the yard, limbing and even taking down small Florida Holly trees (pest tree that would take over the world if given the chance:rolleyes:) as well as kitchen duty. No worries about anything except sharpening. I really love it!
