I need to know how i can customise my Boker Subcom F with a new handle to replace the Zytel handle. i would like to replace it with something stronger since the original Zytel handle chipped.
I would like to replace it with CF or some tougher material, that wouldn't be to hard to cut and shape-any info would be much appreciated as i have seen some great customised Boker Subcom's on this site-thanx..

CF is good and strong, but a bit expensive. If you don't want the cost of CF, G10 is a good second choice.
With either material, make sure and wear proper breathing protection. That means respirator and NOT one of those cheap paint masks! Its especially important when making fine dust (dremel or dry sanding, sawing, etc).

If you're willing to pay the international shipping, Brad Southard (Tricod) is a good option. He re-scales lots of knives in CF and G10. You've probably seen pics floating around the forum.

Yeah I would get a hold of Michael too. He does top notch work especially on subcoms. Here is one he did for me a few years ago in red CF.
