I believe www.bladeart.com has them in the Spyderco section.

Also www.rivercitysheaths.com might have one, don't know if I got the address right though.

IIRC the Spyderco Factory Outlet also sells Mike's sheaths.

Concerning Mike Sastre at River City Sheaths, I emailed them around one month ago and asked them about it, still waiting for a reply.

Concerning "the Spyderco Factory Outlet". Is this Spyderco's main office? I searched Spyderco's web site prior to looking other places but didn't see anything listed.

I just received a Mouse with a Mike Sastre neck sheath. It is a well made sheath. I like it. I've been wearing it for a week or two now. Still getting use to it, but recommend the sheath with a thumbs up. <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

Like Blades, I too have a Mouse in a sheath. I bought both from Vince at Blade Art. Vince will check you model to make sure it fits properly, as some of these sheaths are a bit mis-shapen. Call Vince, he can help you..

Dude,
When it comes concealex neck sheaths, Mike Sastre's masterpieces comes second to none.. <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle> You can have 'em in the traditional black or add a bit more to get the carbon-fibre pattern concealex. I've been using them for a while and all I can say is : AWESOME! you can email Mike at VideoSAS@aol.com for more details! <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

Well, I've been wearing my Mouse clipped to my pants since I received it last year. What advantages/disadvantages do experienced sheath users find in using this &quot;carrying tool&quot; around their necks? Do you wear it any other way? I'm trying to decide whether I should get one for El Raton. Thanks!

Hey Kahz!

Uncle Mike of River City Sheath had produced a neck rig called the &quot;mouse trap&quot;. Its really AWES<img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>ME! To me, neck sheaths are essential when I drive, wade or spend too much time on the boat. It eliminates the need to draw from your pocket.. Which I think is too slow when you are reacting in emergency situations.. <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

We carry neck sheaths here @ SFO for most folders but we are currently out of stock for the c 52's. <img src="sad.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

A Spyderco knife is the most expensive and least effective screwdriver you will ever buy. However, we do have the blade strecher if we can get the solar power thingie to work ;)

Kahz - the benefit of the neck sheath is that you can carry one more knife. I carry my mouse everyday around my neck. rr

Mike Sastre at River City sheaths has a very limited web site from what I could see. Prices, S&amp;H, availability and ordering procedures are hard to determine if there at all. I e-mailed him last week and still have not heard from him. My advice is you are better off going somewhere else- customer service is not a priority for him.
I read the other options listed above; are there others? My thanks in advance.

We get most of our sheaths from M.S. He does the most consistent work on sheaths of any one I've seen. I personally like his stuff so much I sent out a Bob Lum FB &amp; Freddy Perrin for A River City in the waistbaind/G clip set up. Anyone else interested I will give you guys a few pictures to see how they turned out.
I already know I will be impressed. <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>
I was sorta bummed w/ the &lt;img src=&quot;spyder.gif&quot; width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0&gt; Perrin sheath it's nice and all but I much pefer Kydex over injection molded sheaths. They cost more but like with any thing else in this busn. you get what you pay for.
I like the &lt;img src=&quot;spyder.gif&quot; width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0&gt; leather sheaths for the &quot;Lumto&quot; they just limit the versatility I desire for A e.o.d.c.

Gallaghe,

I have an email back from you saying &quot;thanks for the quick reply&quot; and that you were sending in an order (never received), so don't know what you are talking about when you say you are still waiting to hear from me.

Rger No.1,

Don't know what address you used, but have no record of any emails from you.

Everyone else,

Thanks for the nice comments on my sheaths, 'specially my friend Eric (who also makes some great sheaths). This time of year is always very hectic for me, as a lot of orders are taken at SHOT. SFO generally has a variety of my sheaths on hand, and if a certain model isn't in stock, their orders are filled on a priority basis. I have most variations of most of the Spyderco line, even discontinued models, so getting the sheath you want shouldn't be a problem.

TC&amp;SS,
Mike

Mike,

I emailed you on your web site, never got a reply. I then posted this question at this forum, sent another email at that address. You replied and I decided to wait till March to order since I spent alot of money on guns last month (mainly Crimson Trace lasers). The order is going out to you this week for a Micarta Calypso JR in black.
