I heard they had great prices so I ordered a police 3 from them on Wednesday the 25th. It says they have 26 in stock yet it still hasn't shipped 3 days later and they don't answer my emails. Is this normal for this site and kinda the price to pay for their great prices or is something wrong?

it does take some time when you order from mike...when I have gotten my knives they were drop shipped...which means he doesnt have them in stock but his supplier does and then the supplier ships them directly to you. the prices are the cheapest i have seen on the net next to an auction on ebay where nobody is watching. i ordered a police 3 plain edge and received a serrated edge (1 mess up out of 5 orders IIRC). he covered the shipping and got me a plain edge one which i later traded because i didnt like:rolleyes: he does have a number and that was the best way to contact him if the order is screwed up. i wouldnt be too concerned at this point, give it a few days even though waiting is the hardest part, trust me i know:). i know a few guys on here werent happy with the site. i am sure they will chime in on here as well as some happy customers. If you want to pay a premium and have no worries than the pharmacy is the place to go...i have had good results with spydieguys too.

I've ordered several times from "Your Corner Store" and had excellent results. I haven't had any problems with them or shipping. They do put on their site if the item needs to be pre-ordered, or when it will be available. I like the shipping costs and low prices they have. I've been real happy with their service so far. I used to order from them, until I tried to send back a knife that I wasn't happy with, and was tried to be charged a 15% restocking fee. I understand it was my fault and all, but 20 bucks plus shipping both ways because I was unhappy with my purchase is a little much, considering it was drop shipped to begin with. I have tons of other places to shop, so I just avoid this one.

I've ordered two knives from them and had no problems. As I recall shipping wasn't slow either.

I ordered from them 2 weeks ago... had them shipped UPS so I could track them. Never recieved a tracking number and the site never said they had shipped but sure enough they showed up in about four days. All the knives were just fine. I would say if your dead set on tracking your things order from someone else. I did order 2 more knives from them this morning.

I'm not so much worried about tracking, just knowing around when I should expect a package, so I need to know when it ships. Just waiting for it to turn from "processing" to "shipped". But if it just showed up for you without changing, maybe it'll be here Monday.

I just checked the information on the order that I already recieved and it still says warehouse notified. I'm thinking as long as you payed the dollar or so more on upgraded shipping you should be fine.

.....just completed my first order with them. Item was received in three days without a hitch. I don't dare reveal the knife I purchased......I'd be "keel hulled" by you folks. :)

I don't get what the deal is. My order still says processing after nearly a week, 3 emails and 2 phone calls have gone unanswered. Why did I pay for 2 day shipping if they can't even get it shipped out in a week? I'm thinking about disputing the charges and ordering from somewhere else.

I just checked ...and No it hasn't been updated. It still says "in processing". Of course the last time I checked with my other orders, the status just said "Warehouse Notified" ...Whatever that means???
The money was taken out of my account. I've noticed when the money has been taken out, even with other companies I've dealt with, that means the merchandise has been shipped and I've usually have gotten it with in a few days. Many times I've never been notified that the merchandise has been shipped ...it just shows up??? Hope this helps some.
The time you've been waiting makes me wonder??? Again, I'll Keep Ya Updated.

8 days later, still processing even though my Credit card was already charged, 3 phone calls and 2 emails, no answer to either. I just decided to dispute the charges and order from ebay. Disappointing I wasted so much time with this guy.

Hmmm ... Getting concerned myself :rolleyes:. Sent an email and will wait to see the outcome.

ordered mine on saturday. payed for priority 2-4 day shipping. this is the fourth business day and the knives arn't here. Money has been deducted to status update on the website. I'll wait for tomorrows mail before sending an email as the mail man here is notoriously unreliable.

I ordered 3 knives from yourcornerstore on december 28th, was charged december 28th. Several emails and calls later I received them mid february. Emails didn't work, they weren't being answered, you have to call him. I had to call him just to get word on why I had been charged and nothing had been sent.
It would have to be a KILLER deal before I ever purchased anything from them again.

Hey All, I just called and talked to Michael Cassidy. I asked him about my order and why I hadn't recieved it just yet??? Apparently they're having some kind of shipping and tracking issues. He was very professional and friendly and gave me the tracking number for my order. Should be getting the item soon.
I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but when I was looking to see if the item had shipped, I noticed there was a message that stated the items are shipped from a warehouse in California ...even though they're in New Hampshire??? Maybe that's where the shipping and tracking glitch is??? Just thought I'd share. Take Good Care All and Be Safe Always.

Yeah, he's nice over the phone but it shouldn't require that the customer call in after ignored emails just to find out that you paid for something you aren't going to receive for over a month. I work in a similar business and you aren't able to order out of stock item from our site to begin with but if a mistake occurs and someone does I am prompt to call them and/or email to find out if they want to wait or replace the item. Charging my card when I placed the order without consideration that I managed to order out of stock items was the main gripe I had though, there is really no excuse for that.

that's what i meant by drop shipping...there isnt any or limited stock on hand..his supplier has them in stock and ships them to you directly.

Totally Understandable. I had an experience like this with another online store. I got my merchandise about a month and half later. It just showed up ... I had even forgotten about the order:rolleyes:.
COURTESY Does Go A Long Way. I was just amazed I actually got to talk to someone :eek:. Yet another learning experience. Thinking I'll be ordering elsewhere in the future :o. Take Good Care and Be Safe Always.

I got my package today as well ...7 Days for mine to show up :rolleyes::o. I ordered a Kershaw RAM I've been experimenting with for SD purposes along with some Spydies :cool:. Take Good Care and Be Safe Always. Glad we got our merchandise ...even if it was a bit slow:o.

Yes I ordered with priority mail, but according to the label it wasn't shipped until Thursday the 5th, so I guess technically the mail did it's part, just took forever to actually be shipped, over a week for me!
