I like photography but don't think I am good at it.. Then again in all the art like classes I have ever had I was never truly satisfied with the end results:p

Police 3 is one big knife. I handled one recently at a local store. Nice pics.

so that urban thread that disgruntled spyderco "mate" of ours started had me wondering...that police 3's blade is over 4 inches i believe. can police in chicago and other cities and states carry long bladed knives like that even if theyre illegal??
If so is this really fair..?

well where I am there is no length limit (very strange for California) and police can have balisongs and autos. I know that police all over can carry pistols that are deemed "unsafe" for anyone else to have:rolleyes: so why not knives?

I know nothing about guns, never been around one. Just curious as to what counts as unsafe? Why would a police officer carry an unsafe gun?
I would never carry what I consider to be an unsafe knife, why take the risk?

I know one of the tests is the "drop test".. basically they hold the gun up and drop it a bunch of times until it goes off.. so stupid. the rest are just guns that I guess they think non police can't handle and might hurt ourselves? It's really stupid.. I need to move out of California there are way too mayn ignorant people making laws. Not going to stop since it will not effect the people making them either way...
