Glad to see they solved their mortgage problem. I'm from that area. The thing they don't tell you in the ebay listing is that it takes 3 commercial dehumidifiers running 24/7 to bring the humidity down to 80%.

It's a beautiful home huh? They just had a story about this guy on Fox new a minute ago. They said it was 65 degrees in the cave year round. The cave has no heating or cooling system. Very interesting.

Plus, as you noted, some natural caves are privately owned and I doubt there's any law against "improving" one unless perhaps it was one with some historical significance.

Caves are fairly humid and salty. Sounds like H1 would be a good choice.
