Shoplite.com's Enduras

Whats up with the Enduras at Shoplite.com? They're selling two kinds of Delicas and Enduras. The ones with the current handle shape are called "PRCA" and appear to have some sort of logo on the blade. What is this logo, I can't make it out--Pachucks

PRCA is Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association. I believe the logo is a cowboy on a bucking horse.
