old police ss model question

hello guys new to this forum,, question need help on, friend of mine bought an old ss police....se edge...but the blade was shorter than the models now it also had patend on the clip but it look like size of endura ...were the older models shorter in size? and it was aus6 i believe...any info on this ,,,thanks

it could be a "rookie", this is a discontinued spydie that is VERY similar in shape to the police, it came in G-10 and SS

The "Police Model" has always had the same pattern and size from the original "PIG" version to the present. There have been many changes and variations, but the size has remained the same.
