Black-Ti Worker - How Many Made?

Does anyone know, Spyderco or otherwise, how many factory-coated Black-Ti Workers were made? I know that they stopped production on or about 1995/1996.

We probably didn't make more than a few hundred. This was back when we first started to experiment with coatings. Darrel Lewis was coating a number of models for us in Black Titanium carbo nitride.
