Winter month EDC

Just wondering since it is winter and most of us were coats during this time, how many extra knifes do you carry?



I tend to carry two extra <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>'s, one in each coat pocket.

Good question!

I normally carry at least one extra Spydie in the right pocket of my Carhartt coat. I am thinking about buying a few smaller knives that I can stow away in my coat, and one for my book-bag. Maybe a Toad.....or a Jester. I am getting a Mouse soon. Maybe I'll just order another one!

Whenever I wear any clothing that conceals my waistband and/or pocket, I carry three knives. Two right front pocket, one IWB. My coat is too soft a material to quickly draw from it.

of weather ; only in winter I carry it
in my sleeve pocket on my FRG camo
field jacket. Not as easily acessable
as cliping it to my pocket or pants,
but a good place for it none the less.

I carry the same 5 counting my key chain knife. I did start something new, there's a sixth knife that I keep in my survival kit, it's a Kershaw 1005 survival knife. RKBA!

oh W<img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>W! here in Malaysia, we've been getting rain, rain and rain.. so, for my really wet EDC carry, there's always a Millie, Large Rescue in Uncle Mike's awesome neck sheath and a Spyderwrench.. funny how the tool bits are corroding.. need to soak them in gun oil.. well, a warm oil bath to be exact.. *hee-hee!* <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

A rescue Jr. has a permanent home in the pocket of my Carhartt jacket. I don't really miss it in the summer months because I carry another one in my jeans pocket also.

No extra Spydies in my jacket unless I am going fishing/hunting outdoors. Even in the cold winters here I carry only 2 sometimes 3. I do keep extra blades in my Jeep though!

I was carying only my PE Delica but recently I have discovered things just can't go on like this <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> So now I usually carry 3 (a Delica usually but now switched with a Native, a Ladybug on the keychain and a Mini Police, imagine that! I wasn't used to wear any jewels except my wedding ring, but how could I stand a Mini Police?) <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>
Oh, did I mention about the other spydie in the backpack (SE Delica, Native, Vesuvius or whatever comes to hand) and the Meerkat I carry during weekends?
