i think that this is a desease that I have found with my spydies, you can open them and then if you press down on the blade, it gives back a little and clicks on the mechinism. my endura had it, my delica has it, and my harpy does too. my bros dragonfly has it, too. generally I ignore this, but i just wanted to see if anyone else has this problem.... oh, yeah, my benchmade AFECk, (whatever)had this problem too.

My chinese folder does it too, but I am not really worried, the lock seems perfect. Actually I came to apreciate it as one of the treats of the personality of my .

That's normal for lockbacks in general. It's just the lock flexing a mite to take the strain.

Keepin' it real...real sharp, that is.

It generally comes from swacking open the blade and or old/or heavy use. I call it spyder chatter...

A Spyderco knife is the most expensive and least effective screwdriver / prybar you will ever buy. However, we do have the blade strecher if we can get the solar power thingie to work ;)

my harpy has had it from day one, and I absolutly hate it when people "swack" the blade open..... i should kill em all...
