I am trying to locate an old (at least 6+ yrs.) syderco knife. Unfortunatley, I do not know the style name. I bought it for my husband and he absolutely loved it!! ( of course he requested it) Anyhow, he lost it this past year and is "lost" without it on his belt/pocket. I was hoping to buy him another one for Christmas. There are no Syderco retailers within a 30 mile radius of my zip (which I find hard to believe) but the knife he had looked like the police (C51?) version but had a plastic clip, NOT metal. That is the crucial point. He is bummed that they don't make them anymore. Any suggestions on how to find one or an alternative that sounds similar? It was probably a 4" non-serrated blade in the black syderco case, with the plastic clip. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
