You can preorder it right now through your dealer or at SFO.

What will be unique about the Forums Military? What will be the price?

Anthony, I cut and pasted this from other entries. Hopefully I got everything right.

It's a black G10 Military model with a pearl "Bug" (Spyderco logo) inlaid in the handle. They will all be plain edge. Spyderco will make 500 pcs. Individually numbered (1 of 500, 2 of 500, etc.).

The forum pieces will be engraved "Spyderco Forum 2000."

Collector club Forumites will have the option to get their number with the forum engraving. Forumites that order them either through your normal source or from SFO will have the choice of available numbers. Also engraved.

The pieces not taken by collectors or forumites will be sold WITHOUT the "Spyderco Forum" engraving. The cost is $125.00. If your interested call the SFO at 1-800-828-1925 or 1-303-279-8613.

Anthony, welcome to the Forum. The Forum Military is exactly like the existing G10 Military except that it will have a Pearl Spyderco Logo (Spyder) Inlaid in the handle. It will have a plain blade with Spyderco Forum etched on the blade. There will be only 500 of these made! Hope this helps, Ron......

Dudes ~ I checked out a prototype Millie with the pearl spyder inlay at Vince's workshop in Golden last week. It was totally AWESOME!!! The spyder inlay was precision cut using the latest technology computers can offer. Its worth the wait because the knives will go on a limited run!! My personal thanks to Vince for giving me a sneak preview of the forum spydie. Sorry no scans on this one ~ Cos Vince may loose his job! *hee-hee!* Anyway, I personally think the guy had done a good deed to all you spydernuts out there!! <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>
