Just curious if any of you guys/gals have seen this movie. im going to see it this weekend with my girlfriend. luckily the movie owner in town bought this movie so he could show it as it was not planned to show in wichita until it was highly demanded here and he purchased the rights or whatever. any movie that only spent about $11,000 yet made 7 million in one weekend should be worth seeing. thats enough to get me going! lol anyways Im looking forward to this one!!:D

I saw it with my wife(thanks to $5 movie days in my town), all I can say is I am SOO glad we saw it during the day. It starts off a little slow but then it gets freakin scary. Definatly the scariest movie I have seen in a very long time. My wife wasn't able to sleep that night. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

I liked it. It's very intense. It's a movie with no music, and very few visual or audio clues as to what is going to happen Unlike most current "horror" movies. There is no blood, no gore. Just intense psychological mind play.

It was painful...

It was like watching an exceeding long PARANOMAL ACTIVITY IS REAL documentary. Apparently it was made for 15,000$? That's what the local radio DJ said, anyway.

Most people seem to love it, so maybe I'm alone in this view?

Come to think of it... Seven million... *runs to get his video camera*

I saw it when it came to nyc as a trail run. I really thought it was one of the worst movies ive ever seen, not scary at all. Movies like saw are 500X scarier than this. Im just glad I saw it for free, defiantly not worth the money to see it.

I thought it was pretty good the g/f was SCARED she couldn't watch the end and had to stop looking during certain parts. It was also pretty funny too and just awesome the way they did stuff.

Definitely not alone. I thought it was decidedly over rated.

it's major hyped but then from what I am reading from you guys it sounds like another Blair Witch. Which I can admire but it's not ever gonna be in my top horror films list. It sounds more like something you just wanna watch for curiosity's sake.

That's exactly what it is: hype. It's a low budget flick, and it entertains as such.

The first SAW movie I loved, it had a psychological, intellectual feel beneath the overly gorey and horrible devices. The subsequent sequels deviated from this and have become a simply "let's see how many sick and twisted traps we can come up with to kill a human being."
