Don't ask me how but I managed to bend the clip on my Military yesterday...talk about distraught as this is my fave EDC carry hands down. Called the factory and left a message for Mike. Within minutes, he called me back and took care of me...no questions asked. This is customer service at its finest and the reason I always have and always will continue to buy Spyderco products. My hat is off to Sal, Mike and all the rest of the gang in Colorado. Keep up the great work.

things un-American, here is one company that stands behind their products 150%!!! Don't see that much these days. Mike is one remarkable individual ( most former Army are)

A mere 150%, ATE? I'd rate <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> a 64.337, on a scale of 1 to 10. Easily the best company I've had the pleasure of working with.

at about 100%, <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> does it 50% better <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>. There is no stereotypical 1-10 ( or better )
rating system. It's a sad thing about some
American businesses ; they're either excellent or thay suck ! <img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>
