hey guys,
you really can't tell in the pics, but the entire guitar has this funky green tint to it under bright light. the finish has aged and turned through time. when i first got the guitar, all the binding, that is now yellow, was a very stark white. it's kinda beat up, and the neck finish is gone in some areas, showing the wood underneath, from years of playing.
this guitar will be passed on to my son when the time comes, along with all my other guitars and knives.

Leave it as is...it's worth more than if you try to clean it up and "restore" it.

The eldest want's my '72 SG and my Zvex Nano amp, the youngest want's my Strat 'cause it's yellow (it's not, it's butterscotch blonde, but that's lost on her). How come you make the best knives and guitars over there in the US? No one else gets a look-in :D

by polishing, i meant a good cleaning.
the patina that it has is well earned and everyone that see's it, loves it.
