Hello Spyderco community! I've been somewhat of a fan of nice pocket knives for a few years now and all the while I'd heard the name Spyderco thrown around when people discussed the best makers out there. I recently decided to take the leap and find out what this Spyderco company was all about. After I received my first Millie and put it through a week's work on the job (I'm an apprentice stone mason) I fell in love with both the design and quality. This led me to by an EDC set over the past few weeks...

All of my knives are users. My Millies see the most action as they're on the job 40+ hours a week. I chose a FFG brown Endura as my casual EDC to regain some pocket space in comparison to what the Military takes, and because they look a little less intimidating in public. I really like the brown FRN. It looks like a futuristic version of the classic wood-handled pocket knife. The Delica is for when I travel south of Jersey where 3" seems to be the common limit. Finally I picked up the Byrd Wings Slipit as a small, dressier knife to pocket for weddings/funerals/etc. I don't mind the lower quality Chinese steel on this one since it will very rarely see any serious action.
Now I just need excuses to buy more for different applications and occasions. :D
