Howz this for an idea : cloisonne pins

featuring the "tick" emblem in blue cloisonne

with a silver border. They could be sold by

S.F.O., dealers, given away at knife/gun shows, or placed randomly in a box to

boost the already skyrocketing sales!

Sal & Co., take note!

Something like this?
<img src="http://www.spyderco.com/forum/uploaded_images/25819-spydiepin.jpg">

That was from an auction on ebay a while back. Supposedly only 30 of them were made, and were given to long time employees of Spyderco.

Dear KK ;

Yes, along those lines, but in blue. Not in a jewelry box, but in plastic wrap for the masses.

I wonder if Sal ( or other forumites ) paid this posting any heed? could even do hats
& t-shirts. We do have "The Spyderco Story"
( a book ). Hey, if Bladeforums.com has hats & t's, what ( other than cost(s)) withholds
from doing this. Maybe a lack of interest?
Just my two cents.

Well Al, too many ideas and so little resources.. Sometimes its hard for the manufacturer to fulfill a hardcore user or collectors need. But at Spyderco, at least something is done, well, for the better! I can look forward to the forum T-Shirts! And the cloissone pins if they ever see production..

For discussion only MMMMMMMMM. I'd say a light color (silver/palladium) since many of my clothes are a darker color. Also for size 10-15mm would go great on a lapel.
my 2 cents.

I wouldn't mind either:
blue on gold, or silver on dark blue

I figure about 15mm would be a nice size.

15mm sounds like a good size.

I prefer the Blue with Silver edging.

But lets be real, if you make them, I'll still buy one, even if it's pink.

blue bug on silver background or silver bug on blue background?

I'm thinking blue with a silver outline. So, I gues that means silver with blue on it.

Silver , blue edging... I wear black and green, and tan for 90% of my clothing. The silver would catch eyes better then a silver outline on a dark spot.
