Police model

I maybe want to buy the Police SS, in addition to my SpydeRench and Harpy SS, but I doubt because the handle seems so long (5 5/16", 135 mm). Can someone tell me if it will fit in the pocket of my jeans?

Yes it does, but it is even more comfortable to carry IWB. IT's slim, smooth handle glides in and out of the waistband and practically disappears there until you reach for it. A wonderful, classy knife.

I concur with both J Smith and Jeff/1911. The SS Police is comfortable to carry in your pocket or inside-the-waistband (IWB).

However, you may also want to consider the SS Endura if knife length is an important concern for you. Although its blade and handle are wider than that of the Police, the Endura when closed is measurably shorter.

You'll find either knife a joy to own and use. I hope this helps.

It is designed so that it is comfortable to carry, yet large enough to handle almost anything <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

The Police model is so light in the pocket I sometimes have to feel for it to make sure it's there. The Endura is (at least to me a bit heavier).

For me, I'm 5'9&quot;, the Police is just a little bit too big to carry in the front pocket. It's not that it is uncomfortable, but it keeps working itself up every time I sit down. I carry the Endura, and Bob Lum folding Tanto, without any problem. (Who would think that 5/16 of an inch makes that much of a difference) <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>
