I just love all of my kitchen <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>'s. In order of frequency of use I guess it would be like this:
Mini Paring
Santuko
Small Utility
Utility SE
Cooks

It's not that I don't like the Cooks knife, but for any major cutting, the Santulo just jumps up into my hand. I have no complaints about any of them.
