Hello Yorik! Welcome aboard! Check out Blade Magazine, Tactical Knives (highly recommended!) and Knives Illustrated. There a few good books around -- suggest you check out publishers such as Paladin Press and Krause Publications. My favourites are the Spyderco Story and The Tactical Folding Knife by Robert Terzuola....

I've gotta say that I think all the knife mags are ****e but "Blade" seems the best of them (even that is full of editorial self-aggrandizement and waffle). The latest tac knives mag to hit our shores came in at A$16 and had an article on the CQB1. Woopee.

good to see you reading material is well rounded Samo.I also reccommend the above publications.
The price of them Downunder is too expensive for some collectors. With the amount of ads in them you'd expect a better price.

Mates ~ I blow $27 for Blade, $34 for Tactical Knives and $350 for "The Spyderco Story" in our local currency! (US$1 - RM3.80) There are heaps of good books but we have to pay at a premium! To be well-informed, that's the price most Malaysian knifeknuts and Spydernuts would have to pay!
