Don't get us wrong Ollie ; we too have knives other than Spydies. My first knife was the Gerber Command II while I was in the Army ( I did lust after the "worker" but my
lifestyle and Army pay just kept it out of reach ) If it's a plain ol' good knife, go
for it! Try it against a Spydie and report it to the forum ( no profanity! ) I did the
same with the Gerber EZ out jr. and got some
real good feedback. Don't listen to those that distort reality, we're quite open here.
BTW what's everybody think of the Outdoor
Edge "Impulse"?

ATE,
I've always liked the Impulse, but I've never been able to get my hands on one to play with and see how it feels. It's handmade "father" is a great feeling knife, I'd love to own one, but they are big money. Someday I'll pick up an Impulse.
