I found this knife on eBay (http://cgi.ebay.com/SPYDERCO-MINIATURE-STAG-HANDLE-SERRATED-FOLDING-KNIFE-/350420671777?pt=Collectible_Knives&hash=item5196b31d21), I could not find this model and the serrations are very odd. It is described as, "SPYDERCO MINIATURE STAG HANDLE SERRATED FOLDING KNIFE"

Somebody got a very good deal on that one. Even without a box, those usually go for well over twice what that one fetched.
They came in quite a few flavors too. Spyderkey Gallery (http://www.paulberetta.com/Spyderkeys/index.html)

Thanks, I knew I should have checked all the links on your signature.
Had I known about this knife I probably would have entered a bid. Sixty+ and my education is still ongoing. ;)

Yes indeed, I was very lucky. Unfortunately, my ability to find Spydercos that I need usually exceeds my knife budget. The C12S was one great exception. :)
And it went for 55$! What a deal, wish I had seen this.

Yup, that is the same one I sold, on Ebay, to him, about 3 years ago. It went for $110 back then. I had to go back a double check my pictures and feedback, and sure enough, it was the same guy. It looks like the serrations are a bit worn from then, but the scales and bolsters look the same.

The serrations look strange because the knife is so small. It is a Spyderco.
