Wegner lightweight and other musings

I was talking to my good friend Chris Christman, www.toptexknives.com , about the Wegner. We both really love this knife. No matter how many other knives I try, I keep coming back to the Wegner. I was telling Chris how much I would love to see the Wegner made with VG-10, an eccentric pivot, and a larger opening hole. Chris had an interesting suggestion. How about a Wegner lightweight? Kind of like an Endura trapped in a Wegner's body. That would really rock.

Both large and jr Wegners have appeal as well as cutting power. I find the exclusive 'mouse' a must have!! Well, a fixed blade Wegner sounds good too!! <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle> Hope Sal and gang would consider coming up with some protos in the future...
