I have a spyderco that I bought about 5 years ago. It has a CIN -1 on the blade, does anyone know what model this is? And are they still making this model?

The blade probably says "GIN-1", that is the blade steel. Several Spyders were made with this steel. You'll have to give some more details. Overall length, blade length, blade shape, handle material, etc. Look at the online catalog and see if you see it, or one that might have similiar characteristics, then someone will certainly be able to ID your knife.
