I have lost 2 delica II's over the years. Lost one in the back of a John Deere combine, seems it worked out of my front jeans pocket while crawling around on the straw walkers. Is there a better choice out there for me for everyday farm chores, like cutting baler twine, opening feed and chemical sacks, cutting fertilizer hose etc. I also own a rescue left over from my rodeo roping days, good wrck insurance.

I would take a look at the Dyad or Dyad Jr. Seems like it would make a good daily use knife.

Try Spyderco Pro-Grip - Has a good blade for farm related work & has rubber inserts on clip & back. so as it grips fabric it is clipped to - Does not slide out as easily as stainless steel frame knives.

You may want to try a lanyard on your Delica.

Hi R2farm. Welcome to the Spyderco forum.
Pro-Grip does stick in the pocket better. snap It & Remote offer alternate carry methods.
Worst case scenario, you might have to put the knife inside your pocket.
