Yeah, this is a fairly standard Chinese copy that's been going around for years. Although they say "NO BRAND" and there is no brand in the photo, I have heard that they often come with Spyderco logos etched on them so it was obviously meant to deceive and now they have got wise to eBay regs they just PhotoShop the logo out on their selling pitch. :(
