Just got an early birthday present! (only 6 months early) Shawn gave me a Pink Delica SE just before he left. Now I have:

3 pink SE Crickets

2 Pink SE Jesters

1 Pink SE Delica

I remember when the Pink Virus took me over not too long ago. It all started when I heard about Kahz's Pink Cricket, and so I knew that I myself just HAD to have one.<img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> So, I found a fellow from BF that sold me his NIB for $35 bucks. I would love to get another one someday, so if anyone knows of a place where I could aquire one, I'd really appreciate it.
Oh yeah, I've also bought a Pink Delica, and a Pink Jester. (Delica went to my sister, and Jester went to very good friend.)<img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

My wife has two pink delicas. One is the from one of the newer runs, with a black metal clip and serrated blade. The other is from the original pink delica run, original style handle with integral pink plastic clip, and plain edge. She doesn't like the newer one because of the serrated edge, so she still mostly carries that old near-collector's-item all-plastic pinkie!

By the way hamono is Japanese for cutlery and ichiban means number one - put them together and you have number one cutlery in any language. Naohiki Hasegawa, the owner, is a super guy to deal with and to talk to in general.

Fluent is such a relative term! Lived in Japan for three years. Forgotten most of what I learned but can still get myself in trouble in a conversation. (But I can do that in English and am rumored to be fluent there, maybe <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>)

All this commotion about Pink Spydies had caused me to dig out my Pink Cricket.<img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> And guess what happened? You got it: Some girls tried to apprehend it!<img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> I didn't know that it would be so popular, but once I pulled that baby out, there was no stopping them. (One girl even managed to take it home with her! Thanks to my cousin, the knife is now safely at home in my drawer once again.) Anywho, I just put in an order from New Grahm.com for a few more Pink Jesters.<img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> I've made the discovery that girls that won't even look at a knife are just thrilled to get their hands on the Pink Jester.
