looking for one hand clip for reg knife.

has any one seen or know where I can find a clip that screws onto a folding knife that allows you to open it with one hand? I saw one adsverised in a catalog once about 6 months ago.

Is it something that attaches to like a finger nail nick on regular pocketknives? I haven't seen one but if you hear of one PLMK.
