Here is just another fine example of the goodwill and generosity of Spyderco:



I had bought a PE Q in NIB condition from a gun/knife show a few months ago. However, this Q came without the wire clip or box. (Not a bad thing at all, I got it for $25 bucks.<img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>) Anyway, I wrote Spyderco and asked them if I could buy a wire clip for my Q. The Customer Service responded with a &quot;Yes&quot;, and said that they'd send one right away. Guess what? They did't charge me a dime! Now, that is business at its finest.

Know what you mean I striped the screws in my SS Delica trying to get the clip off.Called W and R and had them in the mail 3 days later.No Charge.
