Another Ebay Fake?

I am not 100% sure, but this looks a bit off to me. Can anyone identify this knife?

Why do you think it's fake. It's a C08S Harpy or a great copy...

Do you think it's fake because it looks unfamiliar or for another reason??

John Locke had a Harpy clipped to his vest for an episode or two on LOST. But then it must have disappeared because it got replaced by a Harpy knockoff (it looked like it had a thumbstud instead of the spyderhole).

Someone on the set probably recognized it was made by the greatest and stole it and replaced it with a less stellar blade...

Cant blame them can you?
