Sal you mentioned that Ti Calypso might be possible in future. Was Titanium Calypso mentioned as possible anniversary knife or a special small batch as CF Civilian? Now that anniversary knife is worker I wonder if this classic (it would definitely be one) will ever materialize?

Go Tommi!:D
Tommi - No such plans at this time. The Calypso sales have been marginal to poor. We believe the design is sound, but there is something wrong. The only way that I would build a ti Calypso would be if it was presold. This is not likely.
The CF Civilian has more possibility.

Well maby sometime in distant future ELU can appreciate Calypsos ingeniuos design and demand a new batch of Calypsos. Then it might be worth to try a limited batch of Ti Calypsos.
Ti Polices were desired and didn't collect dust in warehouses...
How about Calypso jr in ti?

Discontinue it, and folks will come out of the woodwork saying "No! No! I want a Calypso!"
And Spyderco's people in charge of making a profit will say "So? Where were you folks when we were making them?"
So it goes. <img src="sad.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

Good tools to sustain life, or at least make life more convenient
James is correct is that process. Ti Police didn't make any money for the company. price was too high. Volume too low.
